PT FAQ

What’s the difference between PT and Scheduled Classes?

PT is fully personalised.
Scheduled classes follow a group program. Progression will be weekly (whether you turn up or not)
PT gives technique correction every rep; classes give general cues.

I’m a beginner. Is PT suitable for me?

Yes.. beginners often progress fastest with PT because the coaching attention is high.

Can I share PT sessions with friends?

Yes — you can share PT sessions, but with a few limits so you still get quality coaching:

• PT is maximum 2 pax.
This keeps the session personalised and ensures both of you get proper coaching attention.

• If there are 3–4 people, it becomes a Small Group Coaching session.


The session will still run, but personalised attention will be reduced, and the program will be based mainly on the primary client’s goals (the person who booked PT).

• More than 4 people:
Anything above 4 pax will be charged RM50 per additional person, and the session becomes a group-style class.. not personalised PT.

How long is each session?

Each PT session runs 60-75 minutes.

Do I need to bring anything?

Water, towel, and comfortable training shoes.

Scheduled Classes (HYROX & Strength) FAQ

What if only one person shows up?

The class still runs. Sessions are guaranteed regardless of attendance.

What fitness level is required?

Beginner to intermediate. Everything can be scaled to your level.

Can I join if I’ve never done HYROX before?

Yes. These classes are a great entry point into HYROX-style training.

Are the classes personalised?

No. They follow an 8–12 week group program. If you want personalised training, PT is the better option.

Do I need to commit for a month?

No. It’s pay-per-class (RM50). Bulk packs will be available later.

How long is each session?

Typically 60-70 minutes.

HYROX Accelerator FAQ

Is this program online or in-person?

Both. You’ll receive a structured hybrid program with online guidance and the option to join scheduled classes or PT sessions.

Do I need to be fit before joining?

No. The program is designed to build your fitness week by week. Beginners are welcome.

I’m doing HYROX for the first time. Is this suitable?

Yes, this program is made for help first-timers & returning racers to feel confident and prepared for race day.

What’s included in the program?

Is this the same as scheduled classes?

No. The Prep Program is goal-specific, time-bound, and designed for race performance.

Can I do the Prep Program without joining classes or PT?

Yes, you can.
Scheduled classes follow their own program, so you’ll be doing something different from the HYROX Accelerator Program.


If you want your own customised session instead, you can book a PT session and have your friends join. everyone can train together with a coach guiding your personalised plan.

What if I miss a week?

The program works best when you follow the 12–16 week progression. Try not to skip weeks, but if you’re travelling, sick, or something comes up, we’ll adjust your plan and guide you on how to continue

Online Nutrition FAQ

Do I need to follow a strict diet?

No. The goal is sustainability. You’ll get personalised macros and habits that fit your lifestyle, not rigid meal plans.

I’ve tried dieting before and always rebound. How is this different?

This coaching focuses on habits, behaviour, and weekly adjustments.. not extreme rules. The structure helps you progress without feeling deprived.

What if I eat out often?

That’s normal. We’ll work around your lifestyle and I’ll guide you on how to stay on track even with social meals. (Thought its recommended to cook your own food because counting macros will make the biggest difference)

How often do my macros change?

Usually monthly or every 6 weeks, depending on your progress, energy levels, training load, and goals.

Can I do nutrition coaching without training with you?

Yes. Many clients train independently while receiving nutrition guidance.

How long before I see results?

Most clients notice changes in first 6 weeks, depending on consistency, sleep, stress, and training.
