I have done many weight loss programs such as IF, keto diet, skipping meals and eating micro meals over the years. Yes, they all showed results but they weren't sustainable. I gained back all the weight I loss after eating back like normal.

Dennis programmed a do-able fat loss and muscle gain program without me needing to drastically cut my food intake and the best part is I can still eat my favourite foods in moderations of course. Hehe.

He helped me lose fat and gain strength in a span of 3 months and I have never been fitter or stronger in my whole 32 years of life. I have gained back my confidence and am looking forward to getting even more stronger as I approach my first Hyrox race this year. A feat unimaginable to me just a year ago.
